What to Expect From Us.

Schedules

The Client`s requirements are discussed from the outset, but can be adjusted, if necessary, within our set schedules of:

·      Monthly, 6 weekly, 2 monthly, One off`s


Quotes

When we offer our initial quote, it is set around numerous aspects of the clean, i.e. schedule, how long it will take, how much water will be needed, access to the property, travel time etc. If any aspect of that clean was to alter, i.e. schedule (a monthly clean changes to a one off) the price would have to be revisited and agreed.


Initial Clean

(1st clean) carries an extra charge. This covers the extra water and time to bring the quality of the clean up to our standards. If cleans are kept on schedule the price will be brought down.


Reminders

W.S.W.C provide a Whatsapp reminder service, giving a minimum of 2 days prior reminder of when you can expect us for your next clean. All you have to do is reply confirm to book. We will only attend If confirmation is received.


Weather

Every effort is made to fulfil our work commitments during all weathers. Be it rain, scorching sunshine, snow or freezing temperatures. If we can get to you, and the water is defrosted, we can work. If for any reason we are unable to complete the task, we will rebook you as soon as possible.


Cancellations

Once confirmation is received, and the time, date, and any access arrangements have been agreed, we will attend, but if we arrive and unable to complete the job because access is blocked, i.e. locked gate, or if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, 50% (minimum) of payment will be required.


Payment

Residential clients are required to settle bank transfers by the end of day of when the work was completed. In exceptional circumstances no later than 24 hours.

 

Commercial clients have 7 days from Invoice date. If a payment is late, W.S.W.C reserve the right to charge a late payment FEE.

 

Termination of Services

Unfortunately, for one reason or another, a client may want to end our agreement and cancel the service. For which you can do at anytime Simply call or email us.

 

Complaints

From time to time, but very rarely, complaints may arise. If this is the case, please call to discuss within 24 hours and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

 

Confidentiality

Client information is PRIVATE, not to be discussed or disclosed. Photos of work carried out are only ever taken if prior authorisation has been obtained. Pictures of work carried out are only ever used for advertising purposes, but the address or area will never be disclosed and are very discreet.
